7. Intellectual property

Project-specific intellectual-property ownership or licences are governed by the written service agreement and may depend on full payment.

Unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise, services and website information are provided without a guarantee of rankings, traffic, followers, leads, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, or uninterrupted platform access.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Market Grow hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from general website use or reliance on website information. Any project-specific limitation, remedy, or exclusion must be read with the signed agreement and applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and disputes

These website Terms are governed by the laws of India. A project agreement may specify negotiation, mediation, arbitration, jurisdiction, or venue. Where it does not, disputes are subject to applicable law and the authority of a competent court. Because a registered business address has not been supplied, no specific city jurisdiction is invented on this page.
